Online Therapy: You're On The Right Path
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, unsure where to turn, or simply not yourself; you’ve made it to the right place.
At Pynk Health, we understand how difficult that first step can be. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear diagnosis. You just need to feel ready enough to talk, and we’ll meet you there.
Our all-female team offers thoughtful, professional support with warmth, care and honesty. For some, therapy is about putting a name to what’s been going on. For many, it’s about learning how to cope, feel more like themselves again, and improve quality of life. Our psychologists and counsellors will help you make sense of what’s happening and guide you towards feeling more grounded, hopeful and heard.
This is your safe space where you can start to breathe again, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Specialising in Women’s Mental Health
In Australia, 1 in 3 women will experience anxiety, and 1 in 6 women will experience depression in their lifetime. At Pynk Health, you will be matched with an empathetic female therapist who will be able to understand and relate to societal pressures on women and any other mental health concerns you might have.
All of our practitioners are either Registered Clinical Psychologists, Registered Psychologists or Counsellors with full membership to the Australian Psychological Society. Many people choose to see us because they are suffering from depression, anxiety, issues with trauma, and relationship challenges.
Our psychologists provide evidence-based treatment using best practices. If you need help, we work with you to develop your goals and develop a meaningful treatment plan.
We know everyone has busy schedules, so we do our best to accommodate you by offering Telehealth services, as well as scheduling quick and flexible appointments, including on weekends and weeknights. Online therapy allows you to connect with us from your most comfortable and familiar environment, knowing that your confidentiality and privacy are always respected. If you prefer to have a phone call instead of video calls, we are also happy to accommodate that.

Our Therapy Services
We understand that reaching out often comes at an emotionally difficult time which is why we do our best to offer fast, flexible appointments. Our goal is to connect you with the right psychologist as soon as possible, so you can begin feeling heard and supported without delay.
Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or the pressures of parenting and work. Some are new mums adjusting to life with a baby, others are navigating perimenopause, managing stress and burnout, or seeking clarity around neurodivergence. We also support women seeking ADHD or autism (ASD) assessments, and those dealing with the impacts of domestic and family violence.
Whether you’re looking for coping strategies, a clearer sense of what you’re experiencing, or simply someone who understands, our all-female team is here to help — with care, clarity and compassion, every step of the way.
Our Process: How to get started

- When you first reach out to us, we encourage a pathways call with Meg, our Client Engagement Specialist. This is a chance to talk through what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and chat about times that work best for your sessions. Meg will then suggest a psychologist who best suits your needs, however the final choice is always yours.
- Once you’ve chosen your therapist, we’ll book your first appointment and send you everything you need: how to join the session, what it costs, how to claim Medicare rebates, and important consent forms. Payment is due 24 hours before your session, but the sooner it’s made, the sooner we can offer you any earlier appointment slots that open up.
- If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, we’ll handle the Medicare claim for you straight after your session. Most rebates land in your account within a day.
- Within 24-48 hours after your first appointment, Meg will check in to see how things went, whether you have feedback and make sure you feel supported going forward.
- Afterwards, you’ll also met Renee, our Practice & Operations Leader. Besides your chosen therapist, Renee is your point of contact for any administrative questions, bookings or requests. She makes sure that you always feel safe, valued and truly heard.

Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment for women
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder that affects social communication, behaviour, and sensory processing. ASD is characterised by a range of symptoms that can vary widely between individuals, including difficulty with social interaction, communication, and repetitive behaviours or interests.
Early intervention and ongoing support can help individuals with ASD to manage their symptoms and live fulfilling lives. Support may involve behavioural therapy, speech therapy, or a combination of approaches tailored to the individual’s specific needs. Pynk Health will thoroughly assess your mental health and lifestyle factors to provide you with a detailed report and an explanation of your results.
