Who Are We?
Our all-female team have significant experience working in mental health, with a special interest in understanding the factors that impact women’s wellbeing. The support provided is tailored to your situation, capacity and circumstances. All our practitioners are registered clinical psychologists or registered psychologists with full membership to the Australian Psychological Society (APS). We pride ourselves on our team’s experience, with a total average of 22 years ensuring you have all the expertise you need to achieve your desired outcome.

Julie Fox
Director - Clinical Psychologist
Julie works closely with clients to build strong therapeutic relationships guided by evidence-based and best practice techniques and strategies. Julie’s approach is client-centred, and she utilises various therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR. Julie enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and has a special interest in women with autism spectrum disorders.

Dr. Tracey Muscat
Clinical Psychologist
Tracey works from a compassionate, non-judgemental and person-centred stance to help clients make meaningful changes and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about, and dedicated to, creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. Tracey believes in working collaboratively with her clients to build upon their strengths and form strategies to help heal from past and current difficulties. Tracey uses many treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.

Lorraine Slaven
Clinical Psychologist
Lorraine has over thirty years of experience working with people presenting with anxiety (Generalised Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks), mood disorders and depression, life transitions, grief and loss, sexuality, parenting issues and work-related stress and burnout. Lorraine has a particular interest in supporting people with cancer and undergoing treatment. Lorraine also has a strong interest in working with people with autism spectrum disorders. Lorraine is warm, friendly and non-judgmental. Lorraine has a client-centred approach and works closely with her clients to develop strong therapeutic relationships. She uses many treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.


Justine De-Mott
Clinical Psychologist
Justine has worked in both government and non-government settings in metro and regional locations. Justine uses her deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and relational safety to create a warm, empathetic, trusting relationship with clients. Taking a client-centred, non-judgemental approach, she provides therapeutic support through various evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Brief Therapy.


Kirsty Braund
Registered Psychologist
Kirsty supports people to make meaningful changes in their lives through a client-centred, compassionate and collaborative approach. Kirsty’s style is empowering, patient and direct, enabling her to initiate and nurture one-on-one relationships, navigate tough conversations and quickly understand client needs. Kirsty incorporates multiple therapeutic frameworks in her practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.


Brooke Clark
Registered Psychologist
A recent addition to the Pynk Health team, Brooke has experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders, workplace physical and psychological injuries, post-traumatic stress disorder and domestic violence. Brooke’s particular interest is working with ADHD in a diagnostic and coaching space. Specific modalities of interest include DBT and Schema Therapy, as well as CBT and ACT. Brooke is a warm, non-judgemental and person-centred practitioner who believes in personal empowerment, experienced at working with clients of all ages and all walks of life.


Ainsley Hewett
Registered Psychologist
Ainsley is a registered psychologist with ten years of experience managing clients with complex presentations. She specialises in individual treatment to address depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and trauma. Ainsley primarily uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to assist clients in managing their symptoms and understanding the underlying cause of the presenting problems. She aims to assist clients in achieving long term sustainable change, to cope better in their day to day lives.



Karen Hopping
Registered Psychologist
Karen is passionate about helping people connect with purpose and overcome barriers to reaching their potential. Her warm, understanding and non-judgemental approach enables her to establish strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Karen has a special interest in assessment and therapy for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (e.g. Dyslexia), and Intellectual Disability. She is also able to provide functional capacity assessments for NDIS. Karen has experience treating depression, anxiety, symptoms of stress, adjustment difficulties, substance use, family separation, parenting, and grief and loss. Karen utilises various evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy.


Shannon Munday
Registered Psychologist
Shannon is passionate about empowering clients to understand their presenting concerns. Shannon has a nursing background as well as experience working in regional, rural and remote communities. She uses evidence-based therapies and trauma-informed practices that are aligned with the client’s goals. Shannon is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. She uses a person-centred approach that is empathic and respectful.


Kerri Pezos
Registered Psychologist
With over 11 years working as a psychologist, Kerri has a person-centered, down to earth, and warm approach to therapy. Kerri holds space for clients to openly discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment, and aims to help clients improve their mental health, life issues, wellbeing, and to live a well-rounded life. Kerri works collaboratively with clients to assist develop greater self-awareness, understand their struggles, address barriers, and develop existing strengths, in order to attend to treatment goals and personal growth through provisions of reliable clinical services. In terms of areas of interest, Kerri has particular interests in working with individuals with Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma, ADHD, and supporting Women with Chronic Pain, Hormonal Imbalances, and Endocrine Disorders. Kerri integrates therapeutic approaches according to the need of the client, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills training (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, and Supportive Psychotherapy.


Nikki Marshall
Registered Psychologist
Nikki has a background as a registered psychologist (since 1999), teacher, counsellor and clinical supervisor to other counsellors and psychologists. Nikki has worked as a school psychologist in Western Australia, overseeing psych services in 2 of WA’s largest secondary schools – in a city and rural setting. Nikki works in an open and collaborative way with her clients, working alongside to unpack strengths, resources, stressors and context with a strong desire to support clients move towards wellbeing and recovery. Nikki works with most clinical presentations with a particular interest in adolescent mental health, family work, self-harm, suicidal ideation, post-natal depression, fertility issues, parenting, and anxiety. Each treatment approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.
