Angela Ryan
Registered Psychologist
Angela has a background as a registered psychologist and counsellor with more than 20 years’ experience. With a love of life-long learning Angela has worked in a tertiary education setting and she works with clients in a collaborative way using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. Angela draws from a range of evidence-based interventions to support clients in reaching their goals, including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). She has a particular interest in working with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. Angela is also an accredited evidence-based EFT Practitioner. EFT is a powerful stress reduction tool.
