About Me

I’m Brooke, a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. My passion is to help individuals navigate their mental health challenges and live more fulfilling lives. I work with clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, providing a safe and supportive environment to foster healing and personal growth.

In my earlier career I was an educator and an executive leader- these experiences have helped me to identify the risks of burnout and stress and support professionals thrive in the workplace. My educational background specialised in assessing, as well as supporting people with neurodivergence in a neuro affirming manner. For over 20 years, I have worked with people diagnosed with ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties to reduce the barriers they have identified to living a fulfilling life.

Currently I am also a mum of 2 special little human beings and 2 little puppies. I enjoy being active and have an overzealous sweet tooth!
