About Me
Cas has been working as a psychologist for 21 years. Her career spans rural and remote community mental health, Corrective Services NSW, NSW Police Force, Catholic Education, Public and Private Health Services in both NSW and Queensland and Private Practice work. Cas has a special interest in adjustment to breast cancer diagnosis, addiction and working with first responders. Cas uses a number of therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate the challenges life often presents.

Therapies
I employ evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Some of the therapies I use include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helping you change negative thinking patterns and behaviors.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): Balancing acceptance and change through mindfulness and emotional regulation.
