Catherine is a warm, empathetic, down-to-earth psychologist passionate about working with older adolescents and adults. She understands how daunting seeing a therapist can be and aims to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible (with a good dose of humour where appropriate). Catherine enjoys working with a wide range of clients and has a special interest in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, stress and burnout.
Catherine tailors her approach to account for each client’s unique situation, drawing from a range of frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her goal is to walk alongside clients and empower them to feel more confident, reduce distress and to find the tools and strategies that work for them.
