Karen is passionate about helping people connect with purpose and overcome barriers to reaching their potential. Her warm, understanding and non-judgemental approach enables her to establish strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Karen has a special interest in assessment and therapy for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (e.g. Dyslexia), and Intellectual Disability. She is also able to provide functional capacity assessments for NDIS. Karen has experience treating depression, anxiety, symptoms of stress, adjustment difficulties, substance use, family separation, parenting, and grief and loss. Karen utilises various evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
