Pynk health is an all-female team of psychologists specialising in providing services for women across Australia. We provide evidence-based treatment using best practices. If you need help, we work with you to develop your goals and develop a meaningful treatment plan. We know everyone has busy schedules, so we do our best to accommodate you by offering telehealth services, as well as appointments on weekends and weeknights. If you prefer to have a phone call instead of video calls, we are also happy to accommodate that.
If you have never experienced depression before, it can be hard to understand and difficult to handle. It’s important to realise that there’s a difference between being sad and being clinically depressed.
Everyone experiences anxiety and stress from time to time. It’s important to understand that there is a difference between anxiety in response to a stressful situation and actually being diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.
Trauma is a person’s emotional response to a disturbing event that interferes with their ability to cope comfortably with their everyday life. It often leads to feelings of guilt, shame, worthlessness, and hopelessness.
Relationships can be difficult at times; there’s no way around that. They can also be incredibly fulfilling, but figuring out how to co-exist with another person can be complicated and take a lot of work.
Presently all services are offered with female psychologists via telehealth, allowing you to choose a place where you are most comfortable and at a time that is right for you. If you prefer, services can also be provided over the phone, without video.
