What are the costs involved?
Session fees vary depending on the type and length of the session. For detailed pricing, please contact us. Medicare rebates may be available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, and private health insurance rebates might also apply.
What options are available for Telehealth?
We offer Telehealth appointments for clients who prefer the flexibility of online sessions. Using a secure platform, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home, ensuring high-quality care no matter where you are.
How do the sessions work?
In your first session, you’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and background with your psychologist. Together, you’ll co-create a personalised treatment plan. Subsequent sessions focus on implementing strategies, tracking progress, and adapting the plan as needed.
How do I access my session?
We send you a link for the appointment via email, and at the time of your appointment, you just click on the link in your email and join your session with your practitioner.
How long are the sessions?
Standard sessions are typically 50 minutes. However, longer or shorter appointments can be arranged based on individual needs.
Medicare Rebates?
Yes, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. This rebate applies to up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Private Health Insurance?
Many private health insurance providers offer rebates for psychological services. Check with your insurer to confirm your coverage and eligibility.
How is my privacy and security protected?
Your privacy is a top priority. We adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols. Our records are securely stored, and Telehealth sessions are conducted on encrypted platforms to ensure your information remains safe.
Can I stay anonymous?
While full anonymity is challenging due to the nature of psychological services, your confidentiality is always protected. We only collect and store information necessary for providing effective care.
