Services are delivered via Telehealth by registered clinicians within their scope of practice.

Appointments and Fees

Appointments are scheduled in advance. Fees and cancellation terms are disclosed prior to service delivery.

Client Rights and Responsibilities

Clients are treated with respect and are encouraged to actively participate in therapy and communicate concerns.

Continuity of Care

Where a clinician is unavailable, reasonable steps are taken to support continuity of care.

Feedback and Complaints

Feedback is welcomed and complaints are addressed confidentially and professionally.
