Finding the right NDIS psychologist can feel overwhelming. This is especially true when you are navigating disability, mental health, and systems that do not always feel built with women in mind.
At Pynk Health, we provide NDIS psychology services exclusively for women, delivered by an all-female team of registered psychologists who understand the emotional, social, and physical challenges women can face across different stages of life.
Our services are provided 100% online via Telehealth, allowing women across Australia, including those in regional and remote areas, to access meaningful psychological support without travel, transport, or location barriers.
Psychology Support Under the NDIS, Designed for Women
The NDIS can fund psychology supports when they are focused on helping a participant build skills, capacity, and independence in daily life.
Our role as NDIS psychologists is to support women to:
- Better understand themselves and their needs
- Develop coping strategies and emotional regulation skills
- Build confidence, self-advocacy, and daily functioning
- Work towards personal goals aligned with their NDIS plan
At Pynk Health, this support is grounded in emotional safety, choice, and respect. Many women tell us they have felt unheard or misunderstood in the past. Our approach is intentionally different.

How an NDIS Psychologist Can Support Women
An NDIS psychologist focuses on the everyday and functional impacts of disability, rather than clinical treatment alone.
For women, this may include support with:
- Managing emotions and stress responses
- Navigating relationships, identity, and self-worth
- Developing routines and strategies that support daily life
- Understanding neurodivergence and how it can present differently in women
- Increasing confidence and participation in work, study, parenting, or community life
Our psychologists work collaboratively with you, always centering your goals, preferences, and lived experience.

NDIS Reports and Documentation Support
As part of our capacity-building psychology services, we can provide clear, supportive documentation to help participants navigate the NDIS.
Where appropriate, our psychologists may assist with:
- Letters or reports for NDIS plan reviews
- Supporting evidence for NDIS plans, aligned with your goals and functional needs
All documentation is written with care and reflects the purpose of capacity-building psychology under the NDIS. This means reports focus on how psychological support relates to daily functioning, wellbeing, and participation, rather than clinical diagnosis alone.
If you are unsure whether a report or letter is suitable for your situation, this can be discussed during your first session.
NDIS Psychology via Telehealth, Accessible Support Wherever You Live
Our NDIS psychology services are delivered entirely via secure video or phone sessions.
Telehealth can be especially helpful for:
- Women living in regional or remote areas
- Women with physical disabilities or chronic illness
- Those who find travel, transport, or waiting rooms stressful
- Women who feel safer accessing therapy from home
For many participants, Telehealth removes barriers and makes consistent support possible without compromising quality or connection.
Because our services are delivered via Telehealth, we support women across Australia. This includes major cities such as Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin and Hobart, as well as regional and remote areas.
Who Can Access Our NDIS Psychology Services?
You may be able to access psychology support with Pynk Health if you:
- Identify as a woman and aged 13 years or older
- Are an NDIS participant with funding that can be used for psychology or capacity-building supports
- Are self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed
If you are unsure whether your plan includes psychology funding, our team is happy to talk this through with you.
Fees, Funding and How NDIS Psychology Payments Work
Pynk Health’s NDIS psychology services are delivered as capacity-building supports, with fees set in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Because NDIS pricing differs from Medicare-funded services, our NDIS psychology fees are separate from the price ranges shown on other parts of our website.
How payment works
Agency-managed participants
Sessions are paid directly to us by the NDIA.
Plan-managed participants
Your plan manager pays us directly after sessions.
Self-managed participants
Payment is made upfront, and you then claim the cost back through the NDIS.
We explain all fees and payment arrangements clearly before you begin, so you can feel confident about what to expect.
Our “Talk to Us First” Pathway, What to Expect
We do not rush people into bookings. Your first step is simply a conversation.
When you reach out, you will be offered a pathways call with Meg, our Client Engagement Specialist. This is a relaxed, supportive chat where you can:
- Talk through what you are looking for
- Ask questions about NDIS psychology and Telehealth
- Discuss availability and preferences
Meg will suggest a psychologist who may be a good fit. The final choice is always yours.
Once you have chosen your therapist:
- We will book your first session
- Send clear information about costs, sessions, and claiming
- Check in after your first appointment to make sure you feel supported
You will also be supported by Katrina, our Client Operations Specialist. She is your ongoing point of contact for bookings and administrative questions.
