About Me

I’m Mica, a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience working in perinatal mental health, youth mental health, alcohol and other drug services, management, leadership and private practice. My passion is to help individuals navigate their mental health challenges and live more fulfilling lives. I work with clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, providing a safe and supportive environment to foster healing and personal growth. I believe in authenticity and connection and foster this in the counseling space.
