Do I need a referral?
You don’t need a referral to access our services, however you might be eligible for a mental health care plan through your GP (see below) or Medical Specialist.
GP Referral
If you are worried about your wellbeing, you may be eligible for a mental health care plan. Your General Practitioner can write a plan to help you access our services. Clients with a mental health care plan will receive a rebate on services from Medicare.
Fees
Medicare rebates apply for clients with a mental health care plan/referral from their GP. Bulk billing may be available for eligible clients.
Health Insurance rebates apply, check with your provider for coverage.
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), Workers' Compensation and NDIS services available.

Presently we offer all services via telehealth, allowing you to choose where you are most comfortable and at a time that is right for you. If you prefer, services can also be provided over the phone, without video.
