Registered Psychologist - Clinical Psychology Registrar

About Me

Hi there, my name is Eliza. I’m a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar. I approach therapy from a holistic, person-centred and trauma informed lens. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental and therefore I prioritise an approach based on empowerment and collaboration. I believe that people are the experts of their own experience and healing can happen when that is honoured by providing a safe, accepting, and therapeutic space for clients to reflect, be heard and explore. I am a strong believer that therapy works when client and practitioner come together as a team in a non-judgemental environment. I tailor therapy to each individual client depending on their unique story, needs and therapeutic goals. My hope and intention is to help empower every client to create the long lasting and meaningful change they desire.
