Julie Bryant
Registered Psychologist
About Me
I’m Julie Bryant, a registered psychologist based in Sydney with experience supporting people across the perinatal period, eating disorder recovery, anxiety, mood concerns and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping people understand their emotional experiences, reconnect with their strengths and feel more grounded and supported in their daily lives.
My style is warm, practical and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard and respected, and where we work together on changes that feel meaningful and manageable. I have a particular interest in attachment-focused parenting and in supporting people through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. I have completed Perinatal Mental Health training through the Centre for Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and InsideOut Institute training for eating disorder treatment.
