Hi I’m Kaitlen,

I’m the Client Operations Specialist at Pynk Health. I support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and help create a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for every client from their very first interaction with us. I assist with appointment coordination, client communication, and administrative support, while working closely with our clinicians to help ensure the clinic continues to run smoothly and efficiently.

I am currently undertaking my studies in psychology and have a professional background in both child protection and human resources. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong passion for mental health, client care, and supporting people through compassionate, person-centred interactions.

Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling, exploring new restaurants around Melbourne, and making the most of new experiences.

Alongside your clinician, I’m here as a point of contact for any administrative questions, bookings, or support you may need throughout your time with the clinic. I pride myself on helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
