About Me
Allegra is a clinical psychologist with experience working with adults, adolescents, and children across private practice, university, and school settings. She offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can safely explore their experiences and foster healing and personal growth.
Allegra takes a client-centred, strengths-based approach and works collaboratively with clients to understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. She supports clients to build insight and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges and move towards their goals. She is dedicated to providing personalised, evidence-based care in a supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.

- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): aims to alleviate distress and process trauma.
