About Me

I’m Annie, a registered psychologist with over 12 years of experience working in clinical and corporate positions.

I have a warm and down-to-earth style to supporting clients with life’s challenges. Taking a sincere, non-judgmental, and light-hearted approach, I create a safe space for clients to share their experiences, develop awareness, become skilful at managing psychological distress, and taking valued action to create a rich and meaningful life. I am neurodiversity affirming and an LGBTQI+ ally.

I hold area of practice endorsement in organisational psychology and apply my understanding of workplace factors to help clients navigate career transitions, burnout recovery, and professional issues.

Whether you're facing specific mental health concerns or simply looking for support in your personal or professional life, I'm here to help.

Therapies
