Michelle Wilkins
Registered Psychologist
About Me
I am a registered psychologist with extensive experience working with individuals aged over 18 and across the non-government, not-for-profit and private sectors. Cognitive behavioural therapy and trauma informed therapies make up the overarching framework of my practice.
I believe that everyone has a story that deserves to be heard with empathy and respect. With this always in mind, I offer clients a safe and non-judgement space that focuses on the person’s own strengths and capacity to improve their own lives.
By meeting the client where they are in their journey and through the process of therapy, clients can better understand their challenges, reach greater awareness and make meaningful changes. I speak fluent Spanish.
