About Me
I’m a registered psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience working collaboratively with older teenagers and adults across a broad range of mental health concerns. I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
