Vicky Mouatt is a Registered Psychologist with over 22 years of experience working across substance use and mental health in the non-government, not-for-profit sector. Vicky’s approach is grounded in genuine warmth and trust — clients consistently feel safe, respected, and cared for from the very first conversation. Alongside her clinical work, Vicky brings 8 years of experience in executive leadership and management, giving her a unique ability to support not only clients, but also the clinicians, managers, and leaders who work within the sector. For Vicky, therapy has never been about process alone — it’s always been about people and relationships.
